Our Executive search division focuses on senior level positions like President, CEO, COO, CFO, Vice President, Managing Director, General Manager and Director.
We are constantly in dialogue with our clients to understand their requirements for a given position. Once we have discussed the parameters, we begin searching for candidates with the right mix of experience, maturity and personality type. Our executive search team spends copious hours diligently mapping the industry, head hunting and sourcing. An exhaustive list of eligible candidates with profile backgrounds is accordingly provided to the client to peruse. Once the client shortlists their preferred candidates, then begins the colossal task of personally reaching out to the candidates, meeting face to face, pitching the job profile and evangelizing the client’s company. Our executive search team is a tight balance of people with over 10 years of search experience across fields, commercial maturity, human resource expertise and communication proficiency which gives our team members a well rounded flair of managing this process with executive level candidates.
An executive level employee is involved in shaping the client’s company and realizing organizational goals, making it critical for us to find the right fit for the job. Hence, this process takes anywhere between 4 to 28 weeks and at the end of it, both the client and we are certain that we have successfully closed a position.
