Project Background: The client is a leading recruitment service provider and supports various multi national organizations in their hiring needs. Their client requirements were increasing, but given the economic slowdown they did not want to commit to more employees and expand their infrastructure. To improve their operational efficiency and focused delivery to their clients they were looking for an outsourced recruitment support.
Mint's RPO Solution: A team of three dedicated recruiters were assigned to support the client's end to end hiring needs. Our recruiters adapted to our client's internal team, worked according to their hours and provided live support. Our recruiters’ responsibilities included searching for and screening potential candidates using various sourcing strategies, sending screened resumes to the client, checking the availability of short listed candidates for interviews with the client, discussing modes of hire, helping with contract rates or salary negotiations and reference checks.
Result: Our dedicated team support helped the client improve their focused delivery and increased the overall output. There came to be greater operational efficiency and productivity. Within a span of two months our recruiters managed to close six positions, which increased revenue generation for the client. Mint's RPO model resulted in an approximate 50% of cost saving for the client (recruiters cost). Outsourcing recruitment support helped our client in focusing on new business development.
